doesn’t work properly, use jelbi instead
The app was working this morning but does not work after 8 hours. I don’t remember how many times I’ve tried to buy a ticket, activate a ticket, or login but still doesn’t work. How can be hard to fix these bugs I don’t understand? Should I have to be late to somewhere always because of these simple bugs?
Drives me crazy.
Hey. I'm not a person that jumps between apps in App store and leaves comments, but here I am because I believe this app deserves a wonderful "one-star" rating since summer. Here's why: The whole summer and fall there was a problem with the speed. And I don't mean it was a little slow. It was PAINFULLY slow, where it took 3 minutes on loading screen (yes 3) to buy a new ticket or validate a new one. Can't remember how many busses or trams I've missed because of this. Now this thing looks much better now, but now we have a brand new problem going on, where your ticket wallet doesn't get updated after use. Seriously. You use your ticket, open the app next day, and it's not updated. And because of that you cannot use your other tickets from the wallet. Again, you wait on the station, looking at your phone, trying to solve out, and life goes on in the background. I mean, seriously? The only function that this app has is buying and using tickets. And for the last 5 months this app is not functioning properly and it's not getting better. I wish there were some other apps where I could buy tickets. I wish I could give you zero stars, but apple store forces me to give at least one, so here you go. I really like your ads and social media tov, but hey, sometimes you need to invest on your main business right?
Crashes 25% of the time
I don’t know how many times the app does not buy ticket or does not allow to activate the already bought tickets. It just stays at ‘buying’ stage forever
Crash on iOS14.1?
The app seems to be crashing at start immediately on iOS14.1. Not a nice surprise when you rely on the app to buy a ticket. 😞 EDIT: Thanks to the developer’s response, I could make the app work again by simply deleting and reinstalling it on iOS 14.1. Even though that is not a perfect user experience, I wanted to put this here so that it might help others. Thanks for the quick response and such a nice, convenient app!
