    A life saver.

    With all the Covid and associated problems these days I wasn’t breathing. I’d have anxiety attacks that felt like I was drowning. A friend recommended WIM. The app. Was a Godsend. I do it religiously with cold showers and it seems to have done the trick. I’m sorry to lose the guided breathholds though; I miss WIM’s voice in the mornings.
